If We Had No Moon

If the time of Earths existence was condensed into a 24-hour clock, the moon formation event occurred just 10 minutes after the Earth was born. The Earth formed 4.56 billion years ago, and the Moon formed about 30 million years later. At that time, the Earth was a magma ocean. An impactor about the size of Mars struck the Earth at an oblique angle, and removed some of the magmatic mantle. This mantle was put in orbit around the Earth, together with some of the debris from the impactor itself, and this material eventually formed the Moon.

When the Moon first formed, it was very close to the Earth. It was possibly only 20 to 30 thousands of kilometers away, and it would have looked extremely large in the sky, at least 20 to 10 times bigger. But there were no living creatures on the Earth at that time to witness this beautiful scene.
The tidal effect of a body increases as a cube of the distance, so the effect of the Moons tidal forcing on the Earth was extremely high at this time, to the point that the early magma ocean was affected. This provided some additional energy to the heating from radioactive elements present, but after the radiogenic heating decayed, the Moon still was a source of heating that may have had some geological effect, keeping the Earths magma hot and perhaps forcing additional convection in the Earths mantle.
After the Earth started to cool, the first crust started to float on top of the magma. During this period the Earth was subjected to increased meteor bombardment. The bombardment had been very intense at the beginning of the solar system and then had started to decline, but about 500 million years after the birth of the Earth, or about 2 hours and 40 minutes into our clock of 24 hours, there was a burst of impactors. This lasted for about hundred million years, and we call this the late heavy bombardment. Many of the large basins on the Moon are evidence of this late heavy bombardment period. In this way, the Moon is a history book for the inner solar system and the Earth. We have studied these basins with the SMART-1 mission.

1773 - Mayer Amschel Rothschild assembles twelve of his most influential friends, and convinces them that if they all pool their resources together, they can rule the world. This meeting takes place in Frankfurt, Germany. Rothschild also informs his friends that he has found the perfect candidate, an individual of incredible intellect and ingenuity, to lead the organization he has planned -- Adam Weishaupt.
May 1, 1776 -- Adam Weishaupt (code named Spartacus) establishes a secret society called the Order of the Illuminati. Weishaupt is the Professor of Canon Law at the University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria, part of Germany. The Illuminati seek to establish a New World Order. Their objectives are as follows:
1) Abolition of all ordered governments
2) Abolition of private property
3) Abolition of inheritance
4) Abolition of patriotism
5) Abolition of the family
6) Abolition of religion

July, 1782 -- The Order of the Illuminati joins forces with Freemasonry at the Congress of Wilhelmsbad. The Comte de Virieu, an attendee at the conference, comes away visibly shaken. When questioned about the "tragic secrets" he brought back with him, he replies: "I will not confide them to you. I can only tell you that all this is very much more serious than you think." From this time on, according to his biographer, "the Comte de Virieu could only speak of Freemasonry with horror."
The insigna of the Order of the Illuminati first appeared on the reverse side of U.S. one-dollar bills in 1933. One can read, at the base of the 13-story pyramid, the year 1776 (MDCCLXVI in Roman numerals). The Latin words "ANNUIT COEPTIS" mean "our enterprise (conspiracy) has been crowned with success." 1796 -- Freemasonry becomes a major issue in the presidential election in the United States. John Adams wins the election by opposing Masonry, and his son, John Quincy Adams, warns of the dire threat to the nation posed by the Masonic Lodges: "I do conscientiously and sincerely believe that the Order of Freemasonry, if not the greatest, is one of the greatest moral and political evils under which the Union is now laboring."
1797 -- John Robison, Professor of Natural History at Edinburgh University in Scotland, publishes a book entitled "Proofs of a Conspiracy" in which he reveals that Adam Weishaupt had attempted to recruit him. He exposes the diabolical aims of the Illuminati to the world.
1821 -- George W. F. Hegel formulates what is called the Hegelian dialectic -- the process by which Illuminati objectives are achieved. According to the Hegelian dialectic, thesis plus antithesis equals synthesis. In other words, first you foment a crisis. Then there is an enormous public outcry that something must be done about the problem. So you offer a solution that brings about the changes you really wanted all along, but which people would have been unwilling to accept initially.
1828 -- Mayer Amschel Rothschild, who finances the Illuminati, expresses his utter contempt for national governments which attempt to regulate International Bankers such as him: "Allow me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who writes the laws."
1884 -- The Fabian Society is founded in Great Britain to promote Socialism. The Fabian Society takes its name from the Roman General Fabius Maximus, who fought Hannibal's army in small debilitating skirmishes, rather than attempting one decisive battle.

If the time of Earths existence was condensed into a 24-hour clock, the moon formation event occurred just 10 minutes after the Earth was born. The Earth formed 4.56 billion years ago, and the Moon formed about 30 million years later. At that time, the Earth was a magma ocean. An impactor about the size of Mars struck the Earth at an oblique angle, and removed some of the magmatic mantle. This mantle was put in orbit around the Earth, together with some of the debris from the impactor itself, and this material eventually formed the Moon.

When the Moon first formed, it was very close to the Earth. It was possibly only 20 to 30 thousands of kilometers away, and it would have looked extremely large in the sky, at least 20 to 10 times bigger. But there were no living creatures on the Earth at that time to witness this beautiful scene.
The tidal effect of a body increases as a cube of the distance, so the effect of the Moons tidal forcing on the Earth was extremely high at this time, to the point that the early magma ocean was affected. This provided some additional energy to the heating from radioactive elements present, but after the radiogenic heating decayed, the Moon still was a source of heating that may have had some geological effect, keeping the Earths magma hot and perhaps forcing additional convection in the Earths mantle.
After the Earth started to cool, the first crust started to float on top of the magma. During this period the Earth was subjected to increased meteor bombardment. The bombardment had been very intense at the beginning of the solar system and then had started to decline, but about 500 million years after the birth of the Earth, or about 2 hours and 40 minutes into our clock of 24 hours, there was a burst of impactors. This lasted for about hundred million years, and we call this the late heavy bombardment. Many of the large basins on the Moon are evidence of this late heavy bombardment period. In this way, the Moon is a history book for the inner solar system and the Earth. We have studied these basins with the SMART-1 mission.

The Earth was hit more often than the Moon, however, because Earth is larger and has more gravity. This increased gravity also caused the impactors to be accelerated to higher velocities towards the Earth. That must have been a catastrophic time to be here. So many bombardments would have sterilized the planet. If life had appeared before this period, it would have been extinguished unless it found a way to retreat into niches where it could be protected from these global catastrophes.
When some of these impactors hit the Earth, the explosion caused rocks and dirt from Earth to shoot up and away from our planet. Some of that projected material flew all over the solar system, and some of it landed on the Moon. There could be a few hundred kilograms of Earth material per square kilometer of the Moons surface, buried under a few meters of lunar soil. It would be interesting to retrieve those rocks and bring back samples of the early Earth. Almost nothing from this time period has survived on the Earth because of tectonic recycling of the crust plates or because of atmospheric weathering. We would try to detect some organics within those rocks, and that could tell us about the history of organic chemistry on Earth. Some of these rocks could even have preserved fossils of life. محمد متولي الشعراوي خواطر سورة البقرة ج1
ولد محمد متولي الشعراوي في 15 أبريل عام 1911 م بقرية دقادوس مركز ميت غمر بمحافظة الدقهلية وحفظ القرآن الكريم في الحادية عشرة من عمره. في عام 1916 م التحق الشيخ الشعراوي بمعهد الزقازيق الابتدائي الأزهري، وأظهر نبوغاً منذ الصغر في حفظه للشعر والمأثور من القول والحكم، ثم حصل على الشهادة الابتدائية الأزهرية سنة 1923م، ودخل المعهد الثانوي، وزاد اهتمامه بالشعر والأدب، و حظى بمكانة خاصة بين زملائه، فاختاروه رئيسًا لاتحاد الطلبة، ورئيسًا لجمعية الأدباء بالزقازيق، وكان معه في ذلك الوقت الدكتور محمد عبد المنعم خفاجى، والشاعر طاهر أبو فاشا، والأستاذ خالد محمد خالد والدكتور أحمد هيكل والدكتور حسن جاد، وكانوا يعرضون عليه ما يكتبون. وكانت نقطة تحول في حياة الشيخ الشعراوي، عندما أراد له والده إلحاقه بالأزهر الشريف بالقاهرة، وكان الشيخ الشعراوي يود أن يبقى مع إخوته لزراعة الأرض، ولكن إصرار الوالد دفعه لاصطحابه إلى القاهرة، ودفع المصروفات وتجهيز المكان للسكن.
فما كان منه إلا أن اشترط على والده أن يشتري له كميات من أمهات الكتب في التراث واللغة وعلوم القرآن والتفاسير وكتب الحديث النبوي الشريف، كنوع من التعجيز حتى يرضى والده بعودته إلى القرية.
لكن والده فطن إلى تلك الحيلة، واشترى له كل ما طلب قائلاً له: أنا أعلم يا بني أن جميع هذه الكتب ليست مقررة عليك، ولكني آثرت شراءها لتزويدك بها كي تنهل من العلم. فما كان أمام الشيخ إلا أن يطيع والده، ويتحدى رغبته في العودة إلى القرية، فأخذ يغترف من العلم، ويلتهم منه كل ما تقع عليه عيناه.
والتحق الشعراوي بكلية اللغة العربية سنة 1937م، وانشغل بالحركة الوطنية والحركة الأزهرية، فثورة سنة 1919م اندلعت من الأزهر الشريف، ومن الأزهر خرجت المنشورات التي تعبر عن سخط المصريين ضد الإنجليز المحتلين. ولم يكن معهد الزقازيق بعيدًا عن قلعة الأزهر الشامخة في القاهرة، فكان الشيخ يزحف هو وزملائه إلى ساحات الأزهر وأروقته، ويلقى بالخطب مما عرضه للاعتقال أكثر من مرة، وكان وقتها رئيسًا لاتحاد الطلبة سنة 1934م.
